I'm not receiving emails from CoinLayers

There are so many reason why you may not be receiving email from Coinlayers

  1. If you did not complete you registration with Coinlayers, meaning if you register and did not activate your account you may not be receiving messages from us.
  2. You have to be sure you are checking the right email for the right account.
  3. You have to check all possible folders in your Email. Folders like junks or spam.


If your issue falls under the above listed possible problem, then I will advise you complete your registration with or you verify you are checking the correct email address or you try and send messages from spam or junks into inbox folder and also mark them as important.

If your issue did not fall under this you should contact CoinLayers support.
